[摘要] 目的 探讨川崎病(KD)患儿血小板参数变化与预后的关系。方法 对56名川崎病患儿进行血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)和血小板压积(PCT)测定。结果 KD CAD组急性期与非CAD组急性期比较,PLT、MPV、PDW及PCT差异无显著性(P>0.05);KD CAD组恢复期MPV较非CAD组恢复期升高差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);KD CAD组恢复期PLT、PCT较急性期升高差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),MPV、PDW虽有降低但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 血小板参数可作为判断川崎病患儿预后、预测冠状动脉病变及临床治疗的指标。

    Relationship between changes of platelet parameter of children with Kawasaki disease and their prognosis

    [Abstract] Objective To study the relationship between changes of platelet parameter of children with kawasaki disease and their prognosis.Methods Blood platelet counts(PLT),mean platelet volume (MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW) and platelet crit (PCT) were detected by using the blood assay apparatus in 56 kD.Results PLT,PCT,PDW and MPV were unchangeable compared with those of no CAD in acute period(P>0.05). MPV of KD children of CAD in recovery period were significantly higher than those of no CAD in re- covery period(P<0.01);PLT,PCT of KD children of CAD in recovery period were significantly higher than those of CAD in acute period(P<0.01); MPV,PDW were unchangeable (P>0.05) .Conclusion Platelet parameter could be used in judging the prognosis of KD children , evaluating variety of the patient's coronary artery disease and indicating for the clinical therapy. ......
