[摘要] 目的 探讨预防和避免手术室发生差错的有效护理措施，以阻断护理差错发生的源头，确保手术室护理工作的安全、准确和高效。方法 通过总结术前访视、严格执行查对制度和职责分明以及严格控制手术护理质量等途径，分类归纳并不断发展手术室护理的工作常规。结果 实施环节控制有效预防了手术室护理差错的发生。结论 手术室是医院对患者实施手术治疗、检查诊断而且担负抢救工作的重要场所，同时也存在着护理安全隐患。手术室护理管理者和一线护理工作人员必须不断总结工作经验、提高外在与内涵的水平、规范各种医疗护理行为。尊重法律与医学发展的要求形成工作常规，完善工作制度做到有法可依、有法必依，确保更好地维护患者与自身的权益。[关键词] 预防;手术室;护理差错;干预

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the measures of error prevention from the source so as to secure the the safety and effective work in operation room (OR).Methods Such aspects as preoperative interview,check-up system,delimination of authority and responsibility,and quality control are concerned in the classification and improvement of OR nursing practice.Results The improvement of intervention in various aspects yields effective prevention of errors in OR nursing practice.Conclusion The operating room is the important place where patients get diagnosis,operation,and emergency treatment from doctors and nurses,as well as where possibility exists hidden insecurity factors in the process of medical care.So its necessary for both the superintendent and the staff to summarize the experience to improve the service quality with respect of law and the requirement of medicine development,the rules and regulations in operating room need to be improved to assure the rights of patients and staff. ......
