[摘要] 目的 探讨胆囊后三角解剖在腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)中的优越性。方法 对8例慢性结石性胆囊炎的病人用首先解剖胆囊后三角的手术方法进行手术。结果 所有病人均能用解剖胆囊后三角的方法完成手术，无一例出现任何并发症。结论 在LC中首先解剖胆囊后三角是安全的，能减少LC相关并发症的发生。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the advantageous application of the anatomy of posterior triangle of gallbladder on LC.Methods Eight patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis were operated with anatomizing posterior triangle of gallbladder first.Results All the patients can be operated with the same methods.Conclusion It is secure that we anatomize posterior triangle of gallbladder first during LC.And the method can decrease the occurrence of complications related to LC.
