【摘 要】 目的 探讨保留生育功能的腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管异位妊娠的临床价值。 方法 回顾分析要求保留生育功能的输卵管异位妊娠病例52例，所有患者在气管插管全麻下行腹腔镜手术治疗。 结果 52例异位妊娠患者腹腔镜手术均取得成功，所有患者术中均保留了输卵管。随访5～9个月，无并发症发生。 结论 保留生育功能的腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠微创、安全、有效，术后恢复快。但它需要一定的腹腔镜手术训练。
