[摘要] 目的 分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术判别函数的判别符合率和错判率，从而验证判别函数。方法 应用由我院和第二军医大学卫生统计教研室共同研制的腹腔镜胆囊切除术判别函数软件，回顾性分析4所医院879例良性胆囊疾病行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术结果和经判别函数判别的手术方法概率，计算出判别函数对胆囊切除术方法选择的判别符合率和错判率。结果 判别函数所显示的手术方法概率与LC手术结果相符合的825例，符合率93.86%。不符合54例，错判率6.14%。结论 腹腔镜胆囊切除术判别函数对良性胆囊疾病的手术方法选择腹腔镜胆囊切除术或开腹胆囊切除术具有较高的临床应用价值，可以降低腹腔镜胆囊切除术的中转开腹率。但是判别函数对少部分病例的判别由于各种原因存在判别缺陷，以致发生错误的判别。采用个体化判别，是纠正判别缺陷的方法。

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the estimative function of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods We retrospective reviewed 879 cases which had done LC in 4 hospitals,and analyzed the specifity and with the software made by the statistic department of the Second Military Medical University and our hospital.Results 825 cases were correspond with the function(93.86%),54 cases were unconformable(6.14%).Conclusion We concluded that the differential function of LC is worthy of the surgical management in benign gallbladder diseases.We could take individual analysis to avoid the defect of function. ......
