[摘要] 目的 探讨健康教育对脑卒中患者康复的影响。方法 对140例经临床确诊为脑卒中患者作前瞻性研究，随机分为常规护理组(对照组)70例和健康教育组(试验组)70例。对试验组除按常规护理外，还给予全面系统的健康教育。用神经功能缺损评分和并发症发生情况作为评价标准。结果 两组临床康复效果对比，试验组康复率高于对照组(P<0.05)，并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对脑卒中患者实施全面系统的健康教育，可促进患者的康复，降低并发症的发生率，提高患者的生活质量。

    Rehabilitation effects of health education in patients with cerebral apoplexy

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the rehabilitation effects of health education in patients with cerebral apoplexy.Methods This study was a prospective analysis of 140 patients with cerebral apoplexy.These patients were divided randomly into two groups,treatment with routine nursing were control group and routine nursing and systematic health education were trial group.There were 70 patients in the control group as well as the trial group.They were evaluated with the grade of neural function,distressed scales and being or not complication.Results There were significant differences between two groups.The trial group rehabilitated better than the control group(P<0.05),and less complication (P<0.05).Conclusion The systematic health education in patients with cerebral apoplexy can help their rehabilitation and reduce complication and improve their life quality. ......
