[摘要] 目的 探讨周围型神经纤维瘤病患者的整形外科治疗原则及方法。方法 回顾性分析1981~2005年我科收治的46例周围型神经纤维瘤病的临床资料。结果 肿瘤全部切除31例，大部切除12例，扩大切除3例。其中10例原位缝合，14例皮片移植，7例瘤体表面皮片回植，11例邻近皮瓣转移，4例扩张皮瓣转移。获随访30例(1～3年)，5例术后复发，3例行第二次手术，2例先后行3次手术，最终效果良好。结论 周围型神经纤维瘤病采用整形外科方法切除及修复创面具有切除较彻底、修复塑形好的优点。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the plastic surgery treating principle and methods of peripheral neurofibromatosis.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical date was carried out in 46 cases of peripheral neurofibromatosis admitted in our department from 1981 to 2005.Results 31 cases were excised totally，12 cases were excised partially，and 3 cases were excised radically.The wounds were repaired by suture in situ(10 cases)，skin graft(14 cases)，superficial skin graft of tumors(7 cases)，adjacent skin flap(11 cases)，and expanded skin flap(4 cases).Followed up for 1 year to 3 years ......
