[摘要] 目的 总结结肠代食管治疗食管腐蚀性瘢痕狭窄的经验及效果。方法 采用结肠代食管治疗36例食管腐蚀性瘢痕狭窄的患者，均经胸骨后径路上提结肠、腐蚀性食管狭窄段旷置，4例合并下咽闭锁的病人分两期手术。结果 全组无手术死亡病例，手术经过较为顺利，病人营养状况及生活质量较术前提高。结论 结肠代食管术治疗食管腐蚀性瘢痕狭窄较为理想，食管狭窄段可旷置，分两期手术治疗合并下咽闭锁的术式，值得临床推广。
