【摘 要】 目的 探讨脱钙骨治疗骨肿瘤术后骨缺损的疗效。 方法 应用脱钙骨充填治疗骨肿瘤术后骨缺损115例，男72例，女43例;年龄5～65岁，平均34岁。 结果 全部病例均获随访，随访时间l～8年，平均4年2个月。满意106例，占92.2%;不满意9例，占7.8%。 结论 脱钙骨修复骨肿瘤术后骨缺损组织相容性好，方法简便，疗效肯定，是理想的植骨材料。
