摘 要 TeflonAF是折射率低于水折射率(n=1.33)的新材料,应用TeflonAF光纤测量了浓度低至10-10 mol/L水中β胡萝卜素的共振拉曼光谱。TeflonAF光纤能够增强拉曼光谱强度,提高测量检出限103倍。TeflonAF光纤内共振拉曼技术,是检测水中物质信息的可行的新方法。关键词 TeflonAF, 共振拉曼光谱, 液芯光纤
Application of TeflonAF Fibre in the Measurement of Resonance Raman Spectroscopy

Abstract TeflonAF is a new material with a refractive index lower than that of the water (n=1.33). The resonance Raman spectra of aqueous βcarotene at extremely low concentration from 10-5 to 10-10mol/L were obtained by TeflonAF fibre. The Raman intensity can be enhanced, and the detection limit can be improved approximately 1000 times. The technique of resonance Raman scattering in TeflonAF fibre provides new and effective way for the detection of molecules in aqueous solution.
