    Abstract Through reviewing the importance of the hospital culture construction,the author think that it is necessary to construct the special culture in the hospital.In the same time，on the construction of the hospital culture，patient centeredness is most important to constuct the hospital culture must be combined with creating the excellent brand，with reforming the medical morality，and it must choose the appropriate carrier.From this，the hospital culture can be the important part of the core competitive power in the hospital.
