     摘 要 以大孔聚苯乙烯苄胺树脂为载体通过Mannich反应制备了一种新型固相萃取吸附剂TAAPS (硫代乙酰胺改性聚苯乙烯树脂)。利用FTIR和元素分析对其进行表征。研究了其对痕量金属离子的萃取性能,确定了对Pb2+、Cd2+、Cu2+、Ni2+ 和 Fe3+等金属离子的最佳吸附条件。与其它吸附剂相比,本研究合成的固相萃取吸附剂具有高吸附容量和相当快的吸附速率。应用于自来水和湖水中痕量Pb2+、Cd2+、Cu2+、Ni2+ 和 Fe3+的萃取富集,取得较好结果。

    Preparation of Thioacetamide Modified Polystyrene Resin and Its Application to the Etraction of Pb2+, Cd2+ , Cu2+ , Ni2+ , Fe3+

    Abstract A novel solid phase extractant, thioacetamide modified polystyrene resin(TAA-PS),was prepared from polyvinylbenzylamine resin and thiacetamide via the Mannich reaction. It was characterized by the FTIR and elemental analysis. The extraction and enrichment of Pb2+, Cd2+, Cu2+, Ni2+ and Fe3+ ions from aqueous solutions has been investigated. Conditions for effective extraction are optimized with respect to different experimental parameters in both batch and column processes. The total capacity of the sorbent for Pb2+, Cd2+, Cu2+, Ni2+ and Fe3+ were 29.75 mg/g, 30.43 mg/g, 28.37 mg/g, 25.59 mg/g and 33.49 mg/g, respectively. The optimum pH for the extraction of these heavy metal ions was 5.5-6.5, 4.0-7.0, 3.5-6.5, 5.0-6.5, 5.0-7.5 for Pb2+, Cd2+, Cu2+, Ni2+ and Fe3+, respectively. Cu2+ can be desorbed with 0.25~0.60 mol/L thiourea solutions and the others can be desorbed with 2.0-5.0 mol/L HCl solutions. The sorption kinetics was fairly rapid indicating a better accessibility of the chelating sites. Analytical utility is illustrated in real aqueous samples generated from tap water and lake water samples. ......
