Research on methods and annotation of clinical medicine postdoctoral management

    Abstract It is discussed that how teaching hospitals increase the efficiency of clinical postdoctoral management in the following six aspects: enhancing the construction of executive teams；ensuring postdoctoral research objectives and cooperative professors；establishing perfect evaluation system；building stimulation mechanism；developing academic communication and research activities；reinforcing postdoctoral professional moral and behavior criteria education. It is argued that outstanding postdoctoral education and the whole research，clinical and teaching development of hospitals are associated with the postdoctoral management methods with clinical traits and high-efficiency and annotation.
