    Abstract The distinguishing features of medical technique and department (or a section) in a hospital is one of the key factors in medical market competition.It is necessary for the advance of medicine as well as hospital itself to develop hospital quality,which need to be put forward to for a relatively long time.But for a manager of hospital,you should keep on catching any chances,actively search for opportunities,sensitively to find the possibilities and foster and encourage the development of distinguishing feature.In order to achieve the strategy of sustainable development of hospital,we should not only keep the developed quality but also cultivate new one,the more the better,by which,we should emphasize on the picking and training of outstanding medical staff.Meanwhile,we should see through to the situation and trends sensibly,and renew our management knowledge continuously to ensure the advance of hospital distinguishing features.
