经颅多普勒对偏头痛的诊断价值

     [摘要] 目的探讨经颅多普勒超声(TCD)技术检测偏头痛在颅内血管监测中的应用价值。方法用TCD对230例典型和普通型偏头痛患者头痛间歇期进行研究。结果提示其颅内血流动力学改变，不仅表现血流速度的增快、不对称，而且伴有血流杂音及血流频谱异常。结论头痛间歇期患者的颅内动脉处于广泛的收缩状态，血流杂音和血流频谱异常可作为偏头痛的诊断依据之一。

    Diagnostic value of migraine by Doppler

    [Abstract] Objective To study inspection migraine in cranial blood vessel by Doppler.Methods We research 230 typical and ordinary migraine patients intermittence by adopt technology of TCD.Results The results show hemodynamics is change.Not only behave as blood speed became quickly and asymmetric,but accompanied with blood stream noise and spectrum abnormity.Conclusion It reflects the inner skull artery of migraine patients in a panic contract state.So the blood stream noise and blood vessel spectrum frequency abnormity is one of the diagnostic gist.
