摘 要 目的:研究哺乳纲动物绵羊和大白鼠血红蛋白成分自身的相互作用。方法:淀粉-琼脂糖混合凝胶薄层电泳。结果:绵羊血红蛋白成分自身在“直接交叉”、“穿过”、“兜过”实验电泳过程中出现扭曲现象,大白鼠血红蛋白成分自身在“直接交叉”、“兜过”实验电泳过程中出现扭曲现象。结论:绵羊和大白鼠的血红蛋白成分可发生自身相互作用,可能与Hb亚基结构中“互作结构域”的存在有关。关键词 血红蛋白;绵羊;大白鼠;相互作用

Abstract Objective:To study the interaction of self-hemoglobin in sheep and those in Rats. Methods:Cross electrophoresis of agarose-starch mixed gel was used in these experiments. Results:There was contorting phenomenon in both sheep self-hemoglobin and rat self-hemoglobin in the the course of“direct chiasma”、“crossing” and“surrounding”experimentation.
