摘 要 目的:研究鱼纲动物鲤鱼和两栖纲动物牛蛙血红蛋白自身的相互作用。方法:淀粉-琼脂糖混合凝胶交叉电泳。结果:鲤鱼、牛蛙的血红蛋白自身在“直接交叉”、“穿过”、“兜过”实验电泳过程中均未出现扭曲现象。结论:鲤鱼、牛蛙的血红蛋白自身不相互作用。关键词 血红蛋白;鲤鱼;牛蛙;相互作用

Abstract Objective: To study the self-interaction of hemoglobin in Pisces Cyprinus carpio and Amphibia Rana catesbeiana . Methods: Cross electrophoresis of agarose-starch mixed gel was used in these experiments. Results: There was no contorting phenomenon of hemoglobin in Pisces Cyprinus carpio and Amphibia Rana catesbeiana in the the course of “direct chiasma”、“crossing” and “surrounding” experimentation. Conclusion: There is no self-interaction of hemoglobin in Pisces Cyprinus carpio and Amphibia Rana catesbeiana .
