[摘要] 目的 总结几种老年痴呆的护理方法。方法 通过对31例老年痴呆患者临床症状的观察和护理，总结了一些对痴呆患者的护理方法，重点是保障安全、饮食起居调护、情感调护、促进维持生活自理能力、功能锻炼等，尽可能地提高老年人的生活质量。结果 有35.48%老年痴呆患者症状得到改善,有61.29%症状稳定,无一例有意外损伤,满意率100%。结论 有计划、有目的、有针对性的护理和康复训练对改善老年痴呆患者的症状、提高生命质量是十分有益和有效的。

    [Abstract] Objective To summarize several method of nursing patients with senile dementia.Methods 31 cases were selected.Their symptom were observed.Nursing activities were centered on safety,normal life,affection,promoting self-care ability and functional exercise.Then quality of life was evaluated.Results The symptom of 35.48% patients was improved,61.29% was stable.There was no accidental injury,and the satisfactory level was 100%.Conclusion It is suggested that planning,objective and specified nursing and rehabilitation exercise are play important role in improvement of quality of life in patients with senile dementia.
