[摘要] 目的 研究血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与不同卒种类型、病变部位、病变程度的关系。方法 采用荧光偏振免疫分析方法测定250例脑卒中患者和130例健康者血浆Hcy水平，病例组同时记录神经功能缺损评分、血压、血糖、血脂，并进行多元线性回归分析。结果 病例组与对照组的血浆Hcy水平差异有显著性(P<0.05)，病例组高于对照组。病例组做血压、血糖、血脂、Hcy多元线性回归分析，Hcy与神经功能缺损评分存在线性关系。无论病灶位于基底节、脑叶还是脑干，其Hcy水平差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 急性脑卒中患者血浆Hcy水平反映病情的严重程度，有助于评估预后，指导临床治疗。[关键词] 脑卒中；同型半胱氨酸；病变部位；病变程度
