     [摘要] 目的探讨应变和应变率成像技术在定量评估冠心病患者冠状动脉支架置入术前后左心收缩功能变化的临床应用价值。方法应用应变和应变率对20例正常人和30例冠心病患者冠状动脉支架置入术前后心尖四腔、两腔、左室长轴切面相应节段局部心肌功能进行定量分析；测量左室射血分数(EF)。结果术前缺血节段心肌应变和应变率曲线中应变值和收缩期峰应变率值均小于健康人相应心肌节段并可出现收缩后收缩(PSS)波；术后经治疗的缺血心肌各指标较术前明显增加，PSS波消失，术后左室射血分数有增加。结论应变和应变率可准确识别缺血心肌节段，能定量评价冠状动脉支架置入术前后左室壁心肌局部和整体心功能的变化。
