[摘要] 目的 探讨二维超声心动图在急性心肌梗死的诊断方面的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析183例冠心病患者的心电图及二维超声心动图资料，分别统计二者诊断急性心肌梗死的敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性预测值及阴性预测值并进行比较。结果 二维超声心动图诊断急性心肌梗死的敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性预测值及阴性预测值分别为100.00%、87.80%、96.69%、95.65%及100.00%；心电图为89.83%、94.29%、90.85%、98.15%及73.33%。结论 二维超声心动图诊断急性心肌梗死的敏感性、准确性及阳性预测值较心电图高，特别是敏感性及阳性预测值均达到100%。

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinic value of two-dimension echocardiography (2-DE) in acute myocardial infarction(AMI) diagnoses.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the electrocardiogram(ECG) and 2-DE of 183 coronary heart disease patients, analyzed the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 2-DE and ECG in AMI diagnoses.Results The 2-DE’s sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 100.00%,87.80%,96.69%,95.65% and 100.00%; the ECG’s were 89.83%,94.29%,90.85%,98.15% and 73.33%.Conclusion The 2-DE has a higher sensitivity,accuracy,positive predictive value than ECG, especially its sensitivity and positive predictive are both 100%. ......
