老年胃癌患者全胃切除术后早期肠内营养支持的临床研究

     [摘要] 目的 探讨胃癌术后早期肠内营养的可行性、安全性和临床效果。方法 12例老年胃癌全胃切除术后第一天早期肠内营养支持,并在营养支持前后测定体重、血红蛋白、前白蛋白、血浆蛋白、肝肾功能、血糖、电解质、排气时间。结果 12例病例在研究期间无死亡,无严重并发症,肝肾功能无变化。营养指标与术前持平,且胃肠道功能恢复较快。结论 胃癌术后早期肠内营养支持安全、可行。

    Clinical studies on early post-operative enteral nutrition for aged gastric cancer

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the sfeasibility and safety of early post-operative enteral nutrition for gastric cancer.Methods 12 cases of aged gastric cancer gave them early post-operative enteral nutrition for the first day after operation and was maintained for one week.Parameters including the body weight,the renal and liver functions,serum glucose,electrolytes,plasma protein,HB were measured before and after nutritional support.Results No mortality and serious morbidity occurred in all the groups,neither was there any evidence of impaired renal and liver functions.Conclusion Early post-operative EN for gastric cancer patients is safe and feasible. ......
