【摘要】 目的 研究金特佳治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效和安全性。方法 起病<24h的进展性脑梗死60例，随机分为对照组、治疗组各30例，治疗组常规治疗的基础上加用金特佳。观察治疗前、后4周神经功能缺损评分和疗效。结果 治疗组4周疗效(86.7%)高于对照组(63.3%)(P<0.05)。结论 金特佳治疗进展性脑梗死安全有效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficiency and safety in treating progressive stroke with Kingtag. Methods 60 patients,stroked within 24hours ,were treated with Kingtag. They were divided into therapy group and control group, respectively 30.Kingtag was performed in therapy group, after 4weeks,we observed the differerce of the evaluation point of the clinical neurological defects.Results After 4weeks ,the effective rate in therapy group(86.7%)was higher than control group(63.3%)(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective and safety in treating progressive stroke with Kingtag.
