[摘要] 目的 预防和治疗胆道并发症导致肝移植术后黄疸。方法 分析1995~2005年我院实施的220例次肝移植临床资料。结果 胆道狭窄，胆泥形成是导致肝移植术后黄疸重要因素之一。结论 预防和积极治疗胆道并发症是肝移植成功重要保障。

    [Abstract] Objective To prevent and treat jaundice of biliary tract complications after liver transplantation.Methods To analyze clinical datums in 220 liver transplantations.Results Biliary tract complication was one of the most essential causes responsible for jaundice after liver transplantation.Conclusion To prevent and treat biliary tract complication can achieve a good outcome for liver transplantation.
