     摘要：目的：探讨心脏包虫病手术治疗的麻醉处理效果。方法：对我院1978～2005年间收治的16例心脏包虫病患者手术治疗的麻醉处理方法进行回顾性分析。采用气管插管及静吸复合麻醉。麻醉及术中常规监测心电图(ECG)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)、有创动脉血压、中心静脉压(CVP)及血气分析。结果: 麻醉后及术中血气分析结果、K+、尿量均维持在正常范围。围手术期平均动脉压(MAP)、CVP、SpO2稳定，术后呼吸机辅助呼吸时间(2.0～6.5)h，平均拔管时间(4.5±1.4)h。16例病人均痊愈出院，无麻醉相关并发症，未见过敏反应。结论：心脏包虫病麻醉和手术期间应严密观察呼吸与循环的变化,调控与维持内环境平稳,预防过敏反应的发生。
