     【摘要】目的：探讨司帕沙星对老年人下呼吸道感染的治疗作用。方法：选择20041～20056月于我院治疗的74例老年下呼吸道感染的患者用司帕沙星治疗，观察治疗效果。结果：司帕沙星治疗老年人下呼吸道感染总有效率为9324%，细菌清除率为9268%,不良反应发生率为769%。结论：司帕沙星是一个治疗下呼吸道感染安全、有效的药物。

    【ABSTRACT】Objective:To investigate the curative effect of sparfloxacini in treating elder patients with lower respiratory tract infection.Methods:We treated 74 elder patients with lower respiratory tract infection in our hospital from Jan2004 to June2005. Results:The total effective rate of sparfloxacin in treating elder patients with lower respiratory tract infection was 9324%, cleanup rate of bacteria was 9268%, defective rate was 769%.Conclusion: Sparfloxacin is safe and effective for treating lower respiratory tract infection. ......
