【摘要】目的:观察葡萄糖、电解质和pH值对全肠外营养液(TPN)稳定性的影响。方法:5组不同浓度葡萄糖及电解质的TPN液,配制后放置于19 ℃~21 ℃中贮存,并于0、5、10、15、24 h时分别取样,测定溶液pH值、溶液微粒数并肉眼观察其外观变化。结果:0 h~24 h组1~组5 TPN液pH值的变化在0.06范围内;≥5μm的微粒数(24 h内的平均数)组5 与组1~组4比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);5组TPN液外观均未出现明显变化。结论:葡萄糖和1价电解质的常用量对TPN液稳定性影响较小,而2价电解质对TPN液稳定性影响较大,故在配制时应注意电解质用量,尤其是2价电解质。【关键词】全肠外营养液;葡萄糖;电解质;稳定性

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of glucose and electrolytes on the stability of pH value and microparticles in the total parenteral nutrient(TPN) solution. Methods: The pH value and number change of microparticles from 5 groups of TPN sample solutions with different concentration of glucose and electrolytes were determined at 0, 5, 10, 15, 24 hours, respectively, after storage under the room temperature (19°C——21°C). The appearances of TPNs were observed under naked eyes. Results: No significant changes of pH value (changes< 0.06) and the appearances were noted for the 5 groups of solutions within 24h; The average numbers of microparticles (diameter ≥5μm) from all time points within 24 hours in group 5 were higher than in each group from group 1 to 4 (P< 0.01). Conclusion: The common usage of glucose and valence 1 electrolytes have little influence on the stability of the TPN solutions, while valence 2 electrolytes have significant effect. Care should be taken to the usage of the valence 2 electrolytes on the preparation of the solution. ......
