白内障术后普拉洛芬滴眼液的抗炎疗效评价

[摘要] 目的 比较普拉洛芬滴眼液、氟米龙滴眼液以及它们联合在白内障术后的抗炎疗效。方法 将患者随机分3组,各50例,甲组滴用普拉洛芬,乙组滴用氟米龙,丙组联合滴用。术前1天和术后1、7、30天行前房闪光值及症状、体征综合评分观察。结果 前房闪光值：术后30天,甲组和丙组与术前1天差异无显著性；术后第7、30天,甲组和丙组均低于乙组。症状、体征综合评分：术后第7、30天,甲组比丙组高；术后30天,甲组比乙组高。结论 普拉洛芬滴眼液能有效控制白内障术后炎症反应；与氟米龙滴眼液联合治疗疗效更佳。[关键词] 炎症；白内障；普拉洛芬；超声乳化
Efficacy of pranoprofen eyedrops in anti-inflammatory treatments after phacoemulsification with PCIOL implantation

[Abstract] Objective To compare the efficacy of pranoprofen eyedrops,fluorometholone eyedrops and their combination in reducing inflammation after phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.Methods Patients were randomly assigned to three groups:pranoprofen group(50 subjects),fluorometholone group(50 subjects)and combined group(50 subjects).Postoperatively,patients used topical pranoprofen or(and)fluorometholone drops.Patients were examined at the preoperative day,the first postoperative day(day 1),days 7 and days 30.Laser flare cell meter was employed for the examination of anterior chamber flare.Results At days 30 the flare values of the pranoprofen group and the combined group were no statistically significant difference from the preoperative day.At days 7,30 the flare values of the pranoprofen group and the combined group is statistically lower than the fluorometholone group.At days 7 and 30,the total scores of symptoms and signs of the pranoprofen group are statistically significant higher than the combined group;at days 30 the total score of symptoms and signs of the pranoprofen group is statistically significant higher than the fluorometholone group.Conclusion Pranoprofen 0.1% eyedrops is effective in reducing inflammation after phacoemulsification with PC-IOL implantation.Combined use of fluorometholone 0.1% eyedrops is more effective. ......
