     摘要: 目的: 探讨在纤维喉镜、支撑喉镜下微波治疗声带息肉的疗效。方法: 选择120例声带息肉患者，随机分为2组，68例声带息肉采用纤维喉镜下微波治疗(纤维喉镜组)，52例采用支撑喉镜下微波治疗(支撑喉镜组)。对2种方法的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果: 120例患者全部治愈，2组患者治疗结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),无并发症发生。结论: 纤维喉镜下与支撑喉镜下微波治疗声带息肉的效果相同，但纤维喉镜较支撑喉镜更为安全、方便、经济。

    The effect evaluation of microwave therapy for vocal cord polyp with laryngofiberscope and propup laryngoscope

    Abstract: Objective： To compare the effect of microwave therapy of vocal cord polyp under laryngofiberscope and propup laryngoscope performed. Method： Sixty patients with vocal cord polyp were carried out microwave therapies for excising the polyps under laryngofiberscope, the another sixty patients with vocal cord polyp were completed the therapies under propup laryngoscope, their effects were studied respectively. Resalts： One hundred and twenty patients with vocal cord polyp were cured and no any complication occurred, but the laryngofiberscopic use has superiority in safety, convenience and economy. Conclusions： The effect of using microwave treating vocal cord polyp is similar under laryngofiberscope, but laryngofiberscope has more superior than propup laryngoscope in some hands. ......
