     摘要: 目的: 总结小儿麦克尔憩室的诊断和治疗方法。方法：对9例小儿麦克尔憩室的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：7例小儿麦克尔憩室合并肠梗阻，5例合并肠套叠，3例出现肠坏死。治愈8例，死亡1例。结论: 小儿麦克尔憩室术前诊断困难，诊治不当常导致严重合并症。

    The diagnosis and treatment of Meckel′s diverticulum in children

    Abstract: Objective: To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of Meckel′s diverticulum. Method: Retrospective analysis of diagnosis and treatment of 9 cases with children′s Meckel diverticulum was made. Result: In all patients, 7 cases were combinated with intestinal obstruction, 5 cases combinated with intussusception, 3 cases with perforation. Eight cases were cured and one died. Conclusion: Meckel′s diverticulum is difficulty to diagnose in children patients before operation, severious combination and complication will be occurred in most cases if the diagnosis and treatment were inappropriated. ......
