[摘要] 目的 探讨围产手术期处理对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)诊断、治疗及预后的价值。方法 对200例OSAHS患者的术前、术中及术后进行精心准备和完善的监护、诊断与治疗。结果 本组病例,临床治愈157例,好转43例,出现术后出血4例,经止血对症治疗后好转；出现腭咽关闭不全25例,其中23例1周后随着术后反应性水肿消退而恢复,2例6个月后仍存在腭咽关闭不全及开放性鼻音。结论 围手术期处理极大地提高了OSAHS患者手术治愈率,最大限度降低了手术并发症出现。[关键词] 围手术期；阻塞性；睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征

[Abstract] Objective To explore perioperative management for the value of the diagnosis and the treatment and the prognosis of OSAHS.Methods Two hundred cases of OSAHS were given elaborate preparation and perfect monitor,diagnosis and treatnent in preoperation,operation,postoperation.Results For all the cases of OSAHS,157 cases were cured,43 cases improved,4 cases had bleeding after surgery,with stanching became better,25 cases occurred palato pharyngeal incompetence,and 23 of 25 patients recovered with reactive spasm disappearing in 7 days,2 cases still had palatopharyngeal incompetence and open nasal after half a year.Conclusion Perioperative management raise the rate of cure greatly and can effectively lower the complication rate for patients underwent surgery. ......
