选择性支气管动脉造影栓塞治疗16例老年大咯血疗效分析

     摘要：目的：探讨支气管动脉造影栓塞治疗老年大咯血的临床疗效。方法：对16例老年大咯血患者采用选择性支气管动脉造影栓塞进行治疗。采用Seldinger法经皮动脉插管，作选择性支气管动脉造影，证实出血动脉后，用明胶海绵行支气管动脉栓塞。结果：14例即时止血，2例在15 h内出血停止。11例在栓塞后35 d又出现小量的咯血，2例在6个月后反复咯血，3例在1年后又出现痰血或间歇性痰中带血丝。结论：选择性支气管动脉造影栓塞术为治疗老年大咯血有效、安全的微创手术。

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of selected bronchial arteriography and embolism (SBAE) for old patients with heavy hemoptysis. Methods: There were 16 cases enrolled in this series, SBAE was done on them with Seldinger's method,and gum sponge was used as embolia. Result: Hemoptysis stopped immediately in 14 cases and in the older 2 case, it gradually stopped in 15 h. This symprom occurred again in small volume in 35 h, in 11 cases, in 6 m in 2 cases, and in 1y for 1 case. Conclusion: SBAE in an effective and safe mini invasive operation for hemoptysis in aged patients. ......
