【摘要】 21世纪全球可持续发展的重要内容就是“社会发展以满足人的基本需要为本，人类发展以提高健康素质为本”。因此，围绕健康的主题，探讨了医学社会化的理论实践基础，包括医学社会化是社会发展的必然趋势，医学模式的转变促使了医学社会化，世界健康目标要求医学社会化三方面的内容。同时描述了医学社会化的特征，即医学社会化具有政府功能的特征，医学社会化具有大卫生观念的特征，以及医学社会化要求全民实施健康教育和健康促进的特征。最后要求21世纪的医学工作者要认识自身必须具备的医学社会化的原则和技能。

    Paying More Attention to the Development of Medical Socialization, Training 21 Century New Type Doctor

    【Abstract】 In this article, surrounding the theme of health , the author probed into the base of theory and practice of medical socialization, the contents include three parts, firstly, medical socialization is the trend of social development, secondly, transformation of medical model impel medical socialization, and thirdly, it's the requirement of the word health goals. In the mean time, the author also described the characteristic of medical socialization, including the characteristics of government function, the characteristic of macro-health conception and civil health education. Finally, the author asked the doctors in 21st century to possess the principle and skill of medical socialization. ......
