【摘要】 功能性磁共振成像结合血氧水平依赖性原理和回波平面成像技术,能够直观、形象地观测认知任务过程中大脑活动情况,并且具有较高的时间和空间分辨率。近年来,功能性磁共振成像在感知觉、学习、记忆、思考、语言等认知方面得到广泛应用,在脑认知研究和神经活动定位等方面有很大的应用潜力。【关键词】 功能性磁共振成像; 大脑; 认知能力

【Abstract】 Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) could probe the brain activity of cognitive process effectively when combining with blood oxygenation leveldependent (BOLD)and echo planar imaging(EPI),and it has higher differentiate ability. In recent years, fMRI has been applied to study cognitive ability, such as sensation, perception, learning, thinking and language and etc., and showed great potentiality on research of cognitive ability of brain and neuro-locating.
