【摘要】目的探讨铸造桩核在残根残冠修复中的临床应用效果。方法对148例274颗经过完善根管治疗的残根残冠进行根管和45°圆台式根面预备后，用嵌体蜡制取蜡桩和蜡核，经包埋铸造、打磨试戴后粘固，最后采用烤瓷冠修复外形。结果对148例患者进行追踪观察0.5～2年，修复成功266颗，失败8颗，其中根管折裂4例，松动脱落4例。结论随着铸造桩核的应用，残根残冠将得到尽可能的保留，使患者不仅免除了拔牙的痛苦，而且还可以获得优良的咀嚼效能。
