窒息新生儿血清IL6和IL8水平变化及其临床意义

【摘要】 目的 探讨外周血白细胞分素8(IL8)在窒息新生儿中的变化及临床意义。方法 采用ELISA法检测42例不同程度窒息新生儿不同病期血清的IL6、IL8水平,并与正常足月新生儿脐血42例进行对照。结果 窒息新生儿第1天血清IL6为576 ng/L(中位数,以下同),IL8为3533 ng/L,明显高于正常脐血对照组的20、92 ng/L(Z=4564~5856,P<001)。重度窒息组患儿血清IL6、IL8分别是87、5796 ng/L,分别高于轻度组(526、3363 ng/L)(Z=2228~2702,P<005)。血清IL6、IL8水平间呈显著正相关(α=059~072,P<001)。窒息组患儿动态观察发现,病程第3天时血清IL6(566 ng/L)、IL8(3206 ng/L)水平较第1天时(分别为576、3533 ng/L)差异均无显著性(Z=0314~1372,P<005);第7天时血清IL6(146 ng/L)、IL8(2384 ng/L)水平均明显低于第1天和第3天时(Z=2455,P<005,Z=3622,P<001)。结论 窒息新生儿血清中IL6、IL8水平明显增高,在新生儿窒息发病机制中起重要作用。【关键词】 窒息新生儿;白细胞介素6;白细胞介素8

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the change of IL6 and IL8 in asphyxia newborn and clinical significance.Methods Compared with the control group,ELISA method was used to determine the degree of IL6 and IL8 in different asphyxia newborn and in different coures of diseaseResults In asphyxia newborn group serum IL6(576 ng/L)and IL8(3533 ng/L)were higher than the control group(20,92 ng/L)(Z=4564~5856,P<001)in the first day,heavy asphyxia group serum IL6(87 ng/L)and IL8(5796 ng/L)were higher than light asphyxia group(526,3363 ng/L)(Z=2228~2702,P<005)and had obviously positive correlation(a=059~072,P<001)Serum IL6(566 ng/L) and IL8(3206 ng/L) did not have obviously difference compared with the first day on the third day(Z=0314~1372,P<005);serum IL6(146 ng/L) and IL8(2384 ng/L) were lower than aboues on the seventh day (Z=2455,P<005,Z=3622,P<001)Conclusion Serum IL6 and IL8 degree improved apparently in asphyxia newborn which had important value in newborn asphyxia pathogenesis. ......
