【摘要】 目的 探讨充填式无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝修补术中的价值。方法 采用美国巴德公司的疝环充填物及成型补片，对58例腹股沟疝病人施行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术。观察手术方法、手术指征、术后病人伤口疼痛、自主能力的恢复、并发症及复发率等。结果 手术时间平均32 min；术后3～14 h病人能下床活动；伤口疼痛时间2～3 d；术后排尿困难5例，腹股沟部异物感3例。随访6个月～6年，未见复发病例。结论 疝环充填式无张力疝修补术具有手术操作简单、损伤轻、恢复快、术后复发率低等优点。可放宽手术指征，是一种先进的疝修补方法。【关键词】 腹股沟疝；无张力疝修补术
Application of meshplug tensionfree hernia repair to groin hernia

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the value of meshplug tensionfree hernia repair in groin hernia.Methods The mesh & plug tenslonfree hernia repair was administered in 58 patients of groin hernia with the Bard Mesh ＆ Perfix plug offered by Bard Company in U.S.A.The operative procedure,surgical indication,postoperative pain,abliligy recovery,complications and recurrence rate were studied.Results The average operation time was 32 minutes.The patients could move 3～14 hours after operation.Postoperation pain lasted about 2～3 days.Five had retention of urine.Three had feeling of foreign matter in the groin region.The followup period ranged from 6 months to 6 years and no recurrence was observed.Conclusion The mesh & plug tensionfree hernia repair is easy to be daministered,with minor lesion,quicker recovery and lower recurrence.And the operation indication can be widened.It is a most advanced method in treating groin hernia. ......
