[摘要] 目的 评价腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的优越性。方法 在腹腔镜下对8例直肠癌实行全系膜切除术并对手术方法和临床效果进行分析。结果 手术均获得成功，无中转开腹。手术平均时间210 min(180～240 min)，术中平均失血50 ml(20～80 ml)，无输尿管损伤，无吻合口漏，住院时间7～18天，随访1年，未见肿瘤复发、种植、转移。结论 腹腔镜直肠癌全系膜切除术具有创伤小、术后肠道功能恢复早、住院时间短、手术并发症轻等优点。腹腔镜直肠癌根治术具有微创效果，在彻底切除肿瘤和保存功能及提高生活质量方面发展空间广阔。

    Total mesorectal excision under laparoscopy in treatment of rectal cancer

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the advantages of laparoscopic total mesorectal excision in the treatment of rectal cancer.Methods Procedure of laparoscopic total mesorectal excision were performed in 8 patients with rectal cancer.Operative procedures and post-operative recovery were studied.Results All cases were successful.The average operative time was 210 minutes(180~240 minutes).The amount of bleeding during operation was between 20 to 80ml(mean 50 ml).There was no urethra injury and stomal leak.Patients hospital stay was between 7 and 18 days.No tumor recurrence or metastasis was found in 1 year follow-up.Conclusion Laparoscopic total mesorectal excision is safe and feasible. ......
