子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效及安全性。方法 选择22例子宫肌瘤患者采用Seldinger技术穿刺股动脉，置入4～5F(1F＝033 mm)Cobra导管 ，超选择双侧子宫动脉，经导管注射碘油(超乳化)+平阳霉素(8～24 mg)行UAE治疗。结果 行UAE治疗后，患者临床症状明显缓解，月经改善最为显著，18例月经过多者明显减少，5例有尿频、尿急、大便困难等压迫症状消失，子宫及肌瘤体积呈进行性缩小，6个月内子宫及肌瘤体积缩小明显。结论 UAE治疗子宫肌瘤近期效果明显，能有效地改善患者的临床症状。【关键词】 子宫肌瘤；平滑肌瘤；栓塞；治疗

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficiency and safety of uterine arterial embolization (UAE) on uterine myoma.Methods Twentytwo cases of uterine myoma were treated by using lipiodolpingyangmycin emulsion.The 45 F cobra catheters were insered into the uterine arteries by supechoice.Results All clinical sumptoms were reduced obviously.Frenquency and urgency of micturition of 18 cases were reduced obviously.Frenquency and urgency of micturition of 5 cases were relieved.The volume of 5 cases were relieved.The volume of uterus and myoma was reducing progressively.Comclusion UAE was an effective method for the teeatment of uterine myoma. ......
