【摘要】 目的 采用MMPI信度和效度量表对抑郁症患者进行心理测试，以发现抑郁症的个性特征。方法 24例抑郁症患者和24例正常受试者，采用MMPI测试软件进行测试，得出两组17个信度和效度量表的得分并进行分析。结果 抑郁症组与正常对照组比较PAO、DO、HYO、PDO、MMF差异有非常显著性(P<0.001)，Acq、Tt、PAO差异也有显著性(P<0.01，P<0.05)。结论 抑郁症患者有期待社会给予更多的关注和同情的个性特征方面的改变。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the personality characteristics of the depression patients.Methods 24 depression patients and 24 normal persons were tested by MMPI.The scores of 17 reliability and validity scales were acquired and analyzed.Results There is a remarkable difference of 8 reliability and validity scales between the group of depression patients and the group of normal persons in PAO、DO、HYO、PDO、MMF、Acq、Tt、PAO (P<0.05～0.001).Conclusion The depression patients have some special personality characteristics changes such as expectrting more attention and commiserative than normal person by society.
