【摘要】 目的 探讨中药金花愈疡胶囊对幽门螺旋杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的Hp的影响和临床疗效。方法 通过金花愈疡胶囊对Hp阳性消化性溃疡的治疗，以西药奥美拉唑三联为对照，观察治疗效果、Hp凋亡及药物反应。结果 两组症状、体征的改善、溃疡愈合率、幽门螺旋杆菌根除率差异无显著性(P>0.05)，但临床疗效金花愈疡组高于对照组；治疗组不良反应发生率为6.0%，对照组为35%，两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 金花愈疡胶囊能有效根治幽门螺旋杆菌，可能为治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡的机制之一，其根治Hp和促进溃疡愈合的作用值得临床深入研究。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of Jinhua capsule on killing Hp and the therapeutic effect in the patients of ulcer.Methods Patients in the treating group were treated with Jinhua Yuyang capsule and control group with western medicine，observe the therapeutic effect，Hp withered and the adverse reaction of drugs.Results After treatment the effects was good in both grups with a significant difference as compared with before treatment (P<0.05)，but the treatment group being higher than the control group.The adverse reaction rate was 6.0% in the treatment group and 35% in the control group with significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Jinhua Yuyang capsule has better action of killing Hp ......
