[摘要] 目的 探讨半导体激光治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 前瞻性分析50例非手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的疗效，随机将其分为试验组和对照组。试验组做半导体激光治疗，对照组做骨盆牵引，其它治疗大致相同，进行JOA下腰痛评价表评分，比较其疗效。结果 试验组：优22例，中良8例，差2例；对照组：优7例，中良12例，差1例。χ2检验示：试验组优于对照组。结论 半导体激光治疗对患者的损伤较小，安全有效，更能被患者所接受。

    Observation of the curative effects of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with semiconductor laser

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the curative effects of lumbar Intervertebral disc protrusion with semiconductor laser.Methods Prospective analysis of 50 cases of non-operative treatment of lumbar Intervertebral disc protrusion.Patients were classified into 2 groups,which were treated with Semiconductor laser and pelvic traction respectively.Treatment effective was evaluated by JOA evaluation list for lower back pain.Results 22 cases were well,8 cases were normal,2 cases were worst,and in control group that 7 cases were well,12 cases were normal,1case was worst.χ2 test shows that experiment group was better than control group.Conclusion The treatment of Semiconductor laser,was safe and effective,it can be more easily accepted by patients easily. ......
