     摘要目的：比较整张中厚皮片移植于去神经创面和普通创面后的感觉恢复的比较。方法：64例患者分为2组：(1)去神经创面组31例，为带神经皮瓣移植术后的供皮创面。(2)普通创面组33例，为瘢痕切除后的创面。用大腿部整张中厚皮片移植覆盖，术后观察1～13 a。结果：2组移植后比较触觉、痛觉、温度觉和2PD 4项指标的结果，普通创面组均较去神经创面组为优。2组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论：整张中厚皮片移植于普通创面后的感觉恢复优于去神经创面。
