【摘要】 目的:探讨谷胱甘肽转移酶(GSTπ)和拓扑异构酶(TopoⅡα)在乳腺癌组织中表达状况及意义。方法:取乳腺癌标本72例,乳腺腺瘤30例,利用SP免疫组织化学方法,检测GSTπ和TopoⅡα阳性率。结果:GSTπ在乳腺腺瘤中阳性率为2667%,在乳癌中阳性率为6805%。TopoⅡα在腺瘤和腺癌中阳性率分别为000%和5000%。Ⅲ级乳癌中GSTπ表达率明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级;TopoⅡα则在乳癌Ⅰ级中表达高于Ⅲ级。结论:GSTπ和TopoⅡα在乳癌中阳性率明显高于腺瘤。检测GSTπ和TopoⅡα对乳腺癌化疗药物的选择有指导作用。【关键词】 乳腺癌;乳腺腺瘤;拓扑异构酶Ⅱ;谷胱甘肽转移酶;免疫组织化学
The Clinical Significance of GSTπand TopoⅡα Expression in Breast Cancer

【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To investigate the expression of GSTπand TopoⅡαin breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods:72 cases with breast cancer and 30cases with adenoma were stained immunohistochemically for GSTπ and TopoⅡαpositive rate. Results:The positive rate of GSTπwas 2667%(6/30) in adenoma of breast and that in breast cancer was 6805%(49/72). The expression of TopoⅡα in breast cancer was 5000%(36/72), and that in adenoma of breast was 000%(0/30). The expression of GSTπin clinical stageⅢ was higher than that in stageⅠ、Ⅱ(P<005).The expression of TopoⅡαin clinical stageⅠ was higher than that in stageⅢ (P<005).Conclusion:The expressions of GSTπand TopoⅡαin breat cancer were higher than that in adenoma of breast. Analysing the expressions of GSTπand TopoⅡαin breat cancer may have direction in selecting the drug in chemotherapy ......
