Abstract
OBJECTIVE To increase nurses’ cultivated manners education and impenetrate the humanized nursing in holistic nursing.METHODS Open the activity of month of the series of cultivated manners education training and resolve 20 problems in the work by studying eight contents in five stages and eight kinds of training methods.RESULTS Each department in my hospital have set up the nursing service brand of each special features actively.CONCLUSION Cultivated manners education promotes the nurses’ service principles and work norms well,which makes humanized nursing serve go deep into the whole nursing work and open in effect.
