【摘要】 生物复杂性研究(science of biocomplexity)是复杂性探索与生物医学研究结合形成的一门交叉学科。本文初步探讨了在医学院校开设生物复杂性选修课在哲学观点的指导、整体观的深化和人文修养的提高等方面对医学生知识结构优化方面的作用，也间接地阐述了生物复杂性研究的特色。

    【Abstract】 The science of biocomplexity is one of the cross subjects of the complexity exploring with the research of biology and medicine.This article preliminarily explored the optimizing effects of opening the selective course of biocomplexity on the knowledge structure of the students in medical college from the angle of guidance of philosophy views of materialistic dialectic，deepening of the holism and improving of the literal culture.On the other hand，the characteristic of the study of biocomplexity also has been elucidated.
