[摘 要] 目的 了解军队离退休老干部住院期间健康教育的效果。方法 采用自行设计调查表，对住院军队离退休干部进行健康教育相关内容的认知调查；设传统护理为对照组、实施健康教育为观察组，对两组术后康复时间和术后不良反应进行比较。结果 住院军队离退休干部自我保健意识明显增强，观察组较对照组在术后康复时间和术后不良反应上有显著差异。结论 住院期间健康教育，提高了军队离退休干部对疾病认识和预防能力，促进了疾病康复，缩短了平均住院日，减少了再住院的概率。

    Investigation on the effect of health education on hospitalized retired military officers

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of health education on hospitalized retired military officers.Methods Hospitalized retired military officers were randomly divided into control group (with traditional nursing) and observation group (with enforce health education). A questionaire designed by author were used to know the cognition of the illness in the hospitalized patients. Postoperation rehabilitation time and adverse reaction frequency were observed. Results Hospitalized patients were consciousness of the importance of selfhealth care. As compared with the control group, postoperation rehabilitation times were shorter and adverse reaction frequency were decreased in the observation group. Conclusion Through health education, retired military officers' disease cognition and prevention ability have been improved.
