[摘要] 目的 针对于AAI起搏心电图，提出了用小波变换的方法进行检测。方法 首先，确定起搏脉冲位置、QRS波位置，然后选择合适的检测P波的特征尺度，根据AAI的工作方式，在P波可能出现的位置处进行P波的检测。结果 这种方法是可行的，计算简单，还能提高检测精度。结论 这一方法对AAI起搏心电分析具有重要的现实和社会意义。

    Study on analysis method of AAI paced ECG basing on wavelet transform

    [Abstract] Recently the more apply of pacemaker on the heart operation,the more phenomena of pacemaker abnormality work because of unmerited inspects.So the institution of medicine have brought forward urgent requests on inspect of pacemaker after operation.In order to analyze the AAI PECG,the method of wavelet was used.First,the position of QRS wave and pacing pulse was fixed on.Second,the suitable characteristic scale was selected.And according to the mode of the AAI work,the detection of P wave was carried on where the P-wave may be.Results indicate that this method is practicable.The method showed its simple counts and satisfied performance.So it has an important significance of realism and society to the analysis of AAI PECG. ......
