眶颅沟通瘤的临床分析

     [摘要] 目的探讨眶颅沟通瘤的临床特点及治疗方法。方法对16例眶颅沟通瘤进行回顾性分析，并总结其临床和治疗特点。结果肿瘤源发于眶内者多见，病理类型分散；所有患者均行手术治疗，肿瘤全切除13例，次全切除2例，大部切除1例。术后患者症状和体征均明显改善。结论眶颅沟通瘤病理类型多样。手术是眶颅沟通瘤的主要治疗手段，具备良好的手术技巧，可获得令人满意的治疗效果。
