[摘要] 目的 探讨进一步提高体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)的疗效及减少并发症的方法。方法 回顾性的总结6年来1935例ESWL治疗成功的经验及存在的问题。结果 总碎石成功率是98.2%。结论 ESWL具有定位准确，成功率高，组织损伤小，无严重的并发症等特点。

    [Abstract] Objective To further improve the therapeutic results of ESWL and to reduce the complications of ESWL.Methods Clinical material of 1935 cases of patients with urinary calculi underwent ESWL 2000 to 2006 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The treatment has overall success rate of 98.2%.Conclusion ESWL is accurate especially and the success rate is high.By this treatment, the tissue trauma is moderate and no serious side-effect is observed.
